Richie Wallace
Your mortgage advisor
Richie’s job is to project manage your home buying journey, and give you financial advice on obtaining a mortgage.
Richie is a former economist and financial markets lawyer, who is now focusing on his passion — helping people dream, plan and achieve their goals financially.
Prior to Conductor, Richie spent over a decade advising governments, investors and firms in 21 countries around the world on public fiscal management, economic analysis, financing, transactions and operational improvement across a wide range of sectors. During this time, he advised on major financial transactions and projects worth over NZ$46 billion.

Platform builder
Richard’s job is to build and maintain the Conductor financial platform, and ensure it is seamless and secure for you and us.
Richard is an expert data scientist with a PhD in AI, who has built Conductor’s leading software and client experience from the ground up.
Prior to Conductor, Richard spent over a decade developing impactful software across 4 start-ups and 2 universities. This included building and implementing fraud detection software in the airline and banking industries. He has also co-authorised 30+ peer-reviewed published papers on a range of topics in data science and machine learning.
